On February 5, 2026, the EloView team will release an update to EloView 4 that includes the following enhancements and bug fixes:

Enhancements

Updated to latest version of TeamViewer (15.72.21) improving session stability and overall user experience

Bug Fixes

  • Resolved an issue where case-sensitive role names and legacy SAML configurations prevented access to Dev Zone
  • Resolved an issue where canceled content deployments could still be delivered to devices that were offline at the time of schedule cancelation
  • Resolved an issue where USB peripherals connected to device ports were not correctly reflected in the “Peripheral Configuration” section

Method of Distribution

The update will be applied on February 5, 2026, from 5pm–8pm Pacific Time / February 6, 2026, from 2am–5am Central European Time. During this time, EloView services will be unavailable. There will be no impact on scheduled content or devices already deployed in the field.
